1.)Poplar : The main locality of growth is SHANDONG, JIANGSU province , the wood is soft, white color, modestly priced.

                  Density: 0.38-0.44g/cm³,530kg/m³, in light weight

     Bending strength: 46 N/mm

2.)Hardwood: The main locality of growth is GUANGXI province, is harder than poplar, dark red , modestly priced.

               Density:0.56-0.72g/cm³,580kg/m³

              Bending Strength: 55N/mm

3.)Birch: The main locality of growth is northeast of China, Russia, high hardness, dark color, high price.

              Density:0.59-0.86g/cm³,690kg/m³

              Bending strength：77N/mm

4.)Pine：the wood is soft, pine fragrance heavy

              Density: 0.4-0.5g/cm³,600kg/m³

5.)Combi:   Combi（Poplar&Hardwood）  Density:560kg/m³

           Combi（Birch& Hardwood）   Density:：680kg/m³

2. Size:

6. Classify of the glue:

     1. ) Phenolic WBP

           Original glue color brown

           Boiling water boiling time: 50-72 hours( the default is generally 72 hours)

           Hot pressing temperature: 140-150℃

           Best quality, longer boiling time, best waterproof effect, better bonding strength, high price

 2. ）Melamine glue （WBP - water proof)

     Color: Milk White

         Boiling water boiling time: 8-12 hours

         Hot pressing temperature: 125℃-135℃

     Moderate bonding strength, Moderate cost, commonly used

3. ）UF glue ( UF = urea formaldehyde) (MR-Moisture Resistance)

   Color: Milk White

    Boiling time：1-4 hours ; Hot-press temperature: 95℃-115℃  

    Poor bonding strength, low cost

7. The total production technology process:

Core veneer sorting →Core veneer gluing→Core assembling→Cold prepressing→Core repair(the first time)→basic hot press(the first time)→puttying(the first time)→edge cutting→sanding→puttying(the second time)→film covering→hot press(the second time)→polishing→Inspection→edge painting→Packing
