1. Measurement：

             Width* Length   :   1220*2440mm（常用）   915*1830mm      1200*2400mm      1250*2500mm     1500*2500mm        1500*3000mm

                      Thickness:             2mm，3.2mm, 3.6mm, 4mm, 5mm, 5.2mm,  9mm,  12mm,  15mm,  18mm

 2. Glue Grade Classification:

      1.) According to the water proof level ( Boiling time):

           Phenolic WBP (72hours)＞Melamine glue(WBP)＞UF glue(MR)

      2.) According to environmental protection class(formaldehyde emission class E1)

           E0 （≤0.5mg/L）＞ E1（≤ 1.5mg/L）＞ E2（≤5mg/L）

3. The Classify of face:

      1.) the grade:

            Bintangor, mahogany is grade B, C

           B- Face   ;   C - back

           BB/CC ( international normal grade) one side is good, the other side is bad

           BB/BB    both sides are good

           C/D    pine face ( C -face, D-back)

       2.）Normal Face:

   Okoume（Mahogany,  Bintangor (black color) ,  sapele, EV(engineered veneer), Pencil Cedar,

Birch, pine, bleached poplar

4 . Classify: According to production technology process:

   1.) One time hot press commercial plywood: 

            After core assembling finished, repair the core, then cover the film and hot press.

      2.) Two times hot press commercial plywood: 

           Cover veneer shorting, after core assembling finished, repair the core,do the first hot press, sanding, surface leveling and then repair the surface,cover the face, then hot press.

5. The process of production:

Cover veneer sorting→cover veneer gluing→core assembling→Cold prepressing→core repair(the first time)→basic hot press(the first time)→puttying(the first time)→edge cutting→sanding→puttying(the second time)→face covering→hot press(the second time)→polishing→inspection→edge painting→packing
