1. Chipping: Wood logs are debarked and chipped into small pieces.

2. Hot Grinding: The wood chips are ground under high temperature to form wood fibers.

3. Air Washing: The wood fibers are washed with air to remove impurities and dry them.

4. Laying: The fibers are spread on a conveyor belt and evenly distributed to form a mat.

5. Cold Pressing: The mat is compressed under low temperature to pre-press it into panels.

6. Hot Pressing: The pre-pressed panels are placed in a hot press and compressed under high temperature and pressure to form MDF boards.

7. Cutting: The MDF boards are cut into required sizes according to the specifications.

8. Stacking: The MDF boards are stacked and arranged neatly for packaging and transportation.

9. Warehousing: The finished MDF boards are stored in the warehouse before distribution.

Our production equipment includes a powerful magnetic device that effectively removes metal impurities from the raw materials, ensuring the quality and consistency of the finished product.

We also use Core and Surface Air Separators to guarantee the uniformity of our boards, as well as a German Difenbach imported mixing sizing system to achieve precise control over the board's density and other properties.

In addition, we have invested in a continuous flat-press ultra-thin fiberboard production line, which allows us to produce high-quality boards with a thickness as low as 0.5 mm. To ensure the accuracy of our products, we use Sufooma sanding machines that can achieve a sanding accuracy of ±0.07mm, with the tolerance level of both surfaces controlled below 0.5mm.
